As a writer I use this app to help generate book covers and character design, I don’t know what’s happened but the online version is so slow I can’t get my images loaded before the timer runs out and their solution is to pay out to make it faster. Never had an issue before.
Because of this I download app version and it’s a absolute joke! The range is so limited. I don’t want my own style to be mixed in with a template of other images. I want my own design that I can use. There is nothing close to what I want so I have no choice but to go with the next best thing which isn’t good enough!
I think I’ll sick to traditional artists and Pinterest for inspiration.

Bring back canvas
Now it’s just as useless as all the other ai creation apps. The ability to fine tune creations was what you had going for you. Playground ai use to have lots of options, 8 images at a time, easily switching through filters, masking options, quality… Now it’s just junk. Bring back the old style, stand out in the community. I happily paid for the old service, not a chance now.

Contradictory.
Having used the free plan for about a fortnight my daily allowance has mysteriously dropped to five pictures within the insane twenty four hour period (good luck working out when that starts stops!) despite their own FAQ’s stating it’s ten. Emailed an enquired, got techno speak back. Messaged again, got attitude. Hence the low rating.

Some difficult to use
Some of the word ones really hard to change into your own words. Glad I didn’t play for a year. I’ll keep looking.
Used to be good
It used to be a great app with 100% free control but now that the presets have been added the update is just trash. You used to be able to create images out of just text and now you need templates and photos you already took? Uninstalling

The app I was logged out of both devices the app was on I logged back in and my subscription was back to free plan basic it’s been three days so far and the Berliner hasn’t been any help telling me I never made purchase after showing receipts SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP ITS TO GET PEOPLE TO RESUBCRIBE SO THEY GET MORE
No refund has been made I feel like I’m in the majesty court just to get a refund on a poor performed app. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Don’t bother
The instructions to delete my account do not match up with what is on the app on how to delete my account. I wasted $15 on an app that only generates an image of your already photographed image. I don’t understand where one is able to be creative. I hope we can get this resolved because I don’t wanna have to pay $15 a month or something that is not useful.
