Reviews of Tales From Prodigia

  • Thank you!

This game reminded me of the early days of the App Store and all the incredible indie games coming out, most of my favorites are now sadly removed from my download history. I really love the idea of a farming + monster battle simulator. It’s very enjoyable and can’t wait to see what future updates bring. I would love a little more main character customization, Please allow us to create a female character!
  • I’m liking this one so far!

Even though I’m not terribly far into this one, I’m having fun with it so far. This game has a good, wholesome feel to it. I like how laidback it is, and recruiting monsters instead of capturing them is a really nice change of pace for the creature collector genre.
There are two issues that I’d like to mention, though, and if they’re resolved, I’ll edit this review accordingly. First is my character’s movement speed. It’s quite slow, and while it doesn’t break the game, it does make moving around more time-consuming than necessary.
EDIT: It sounds like the dev fixed this one! Thanks!
Second, I just completed the gardening tutorial, and I happened to go back inside my character’s house. When I exited it, I saw that my garden and campfire were gone. I’m not sure why this happened. Anyway, good job so far, dev!
  • It’s got potential but controls need help

This has a lot of potential but the controls need adjustment, the style should be joystick and the box itself be much smaller and players need to be able to be move and fix it to the bottom corner of the screen
