Slow, hard to schedule food in advance for later pickup. Difficult to override tip.
Coffee club?
Previous coffee club was great - new one has discounts on food that the coffee club members didn’t ask for and frankly don’t need/want.
MAIN ISSUE: The new higher price is fine IF Fresh Baguette had a better coffee product. Paying this much for bottom tier coffee is a shame. The staff is amazing but the coffee is really really poor quality (especially compared to the coffee shop 1 block away)

I am begging for better app functionality
Food is great, but the app really needs improvement. For instance, please let me set a default store. I’ve placed orders that go to different stores because I order ahead of time and it defaults to a closer store to where I am, not where I’m going
Best French patisserie / Boulangerie
Everything they make is superb. Almond croissants and the ciabatta bread are personal favorites. The new pumpkin croissant is fantastic with a creamy pumpkin filling. I have have out of town guests this weekend including my nephew who asked me to pick him up 4 almond and 4 plain croissants to take back to North Carolina. He is a fabulous cook himself and feels that the croissants are the best he has ever had! Ordering in advance to pick up is definitely the way to go for a larger order. Every time I have done this, everything is packed to perfection.
