Points are showing up now and exact after I used my 5$ off discount mobile app coupon I can see my orders and all! Please release new update kinda love it

This Application Loses Your Rewards Points
It is extremely annoying when you have over 768 rewards points at your last visit to Montgomeryville store. I bought 1 Cresco 1g cartridge and paid with Canpay. Even discussed with employee waiting on me how close I was to the 1000 points. Today, a few hundred points disappeared from my account, and this is the 3rd time this has occurred with their application. I have all my receipts, but no one is going to look through them to figure out how my rewards points went down, when I used none!

Essentially useless now. No longer able to order from the shop tab. Says I must live in a legal state where a dispensary has a license to operate.
