App still doesn’t work
Love the Dispensary but the app is still trash. I was told today that they haven’t had any complaints about the app so i thought maybe the developers fixed it since the last time i tried was June…nope. Still can’t login it doesn’t recognize my dutchie un and pw. But it works on the website. 6 months and they still can’t figure it out.

The app never gives you 5$ and sometimes coupons can’t be redeemed in the app either also I have to sign in EVERY single time

Forgot password -> PHONE number, not email -> create password. Make sure your number is up to date. $5 coupon takes 24hrs after you download. Cheers my friends

I don’t know why you are advertising your app that doesn’t work. My username and password are fine online. So I thought maybe you have to create an App account that’s separate. Which would make no sense anyways…. Still didn’t work. Fail

Easy access to points and flash deals. I forgot the password I created forever ago so just click reset to save some time. Always room for improvement but a good start so far

$5 for downloading app and enable notifications! Except that the app designers forgot to let you confirm your account as it keeps asking reply YES, but to what??? There’s nowhere to enter txt.

Failed log in
Can’t even log in. Used same username and password that I just used to log in to the actual site and it tells me Failed to log in Check username and password and try again. I love the dispensary nv but this is a huge miss.

I log in to the website shop using my dutchie username and password without any problem. I was told to use the same username and password for the app, but it will not allow me log in. It tells me to check my un and pw.
