Why am I not getting the update?

I am trying to enjoy this game but it keeps freezing up, and early in the game so I’m watching the clock waiting for it to start up again, very frustrating, I blamed it on my phone for awhile but I play other games without a problem. Thank you Fay

Good game but…
I would have given this 5 stars but I’m only going to give this game 1 star because there’s a lack of support from customer services…no one answers queries. There’s a lack of advancement.
Overall this is a fun game to play but it’s now been ruined as there’s a lack of new scenes to play.
The owners of this game keep stating there’ll be new content with the next update…this was three updates ago. I’ve reached level 10 and can’t go any further.
If they don’t get this and the lack of customer services sorted soon I’ll probably stop playing. Shame really, as this is otherwise a good and entertaining game and deserves a higher rating.

I love this game. The only problem is I have waited for two or three months for new stories and none has shown up.
Lost my levels
I was at the highest level and when i went back on my levels were gone and i was back at level 1

Are more stories coming? Have enjoyed whiling away the hours playing this game until today. The ads are not downloading when I run out of time or space. I used to be able to watch your annoying ads then pla the same game some more. Fix this glitch please. As much as I hate ads i would rather look at them than to start the whole game over. I paid to remove the basic ads so I am not paying anything more.

Update?
Gameplay is halted because it tells me the next story will open after update. I updated and it still does not go to next story, please fix I’m waiting to continue to play I really like this game.
not worth it
this game is pretty fun, but the amount of ads is absolutely ridiculous. i have never seen a game have this many ads. also its been MONTHS with no new story update, so i have no incentive to play.
Love the Game
As others have said, more stories are needed. I’ve deleted the game and have started over again. Not as fun but still enjoy it.

Could you please me to let me know to open new story. It’s stuck on 10th story .
