May God's blessings continue to surround you as you walk closer to Him. 🙏❤️I have been using the Youversion app for quite some time and enjoy its overall performance, however, more and more I have been noticing mistakes in the written devotionals that I choose. There seems little or no proof reading before the devotions are published.
I am no scholar by any means, but I find myself increasingly frustrated by so many typographical mistakes and poor English structuring that many times I feel the authors aren’t worthy of investing my time to continue pursuing their devotions. It’s my feeling that if the authors cannot communicate their ideas with intelligent wordage using proper structured English then how can they really instruct or admonish anyone?
I will continue to use the app until I can no longer.

There are so many different plans and translations available to you and that changes what you can learn every single time you open the app. I also like the daily time with the Bible and the daily prayers, they are very on trend with app styles that are popular now and it makes it very easy to learn a little bit and spend a little bit of time with God each day.

This has been the most helpful way of doing it for me since I have been on a dialysis machine for over eight years. It’s convenient for my phone and on my laptop to open up the Bible every morning and walk and talk with Jesus.
Although I read the Bible every day this year on January 1, 2021 my New Year’s resolution was to read the Bible as presented by Nikki Gumbel. This is my eighth year on a dialysis machine and my 77th day on the Bible in a year, I have set my clock to 3:30 AM so that I can read What Jesus has for me each day Before I get to dialysis at 5 AM. The Lord and your wonderful Bible app keep me going thank you and God bless everyone who publishes these things for us to guide us through each day.

Easy to use with really great features like the educational videos for those visual learners. I enjoy being able to pick a mood and let the Holy Spirit app show me suggested scriptures. You can also custom create beautiful images of your favorite scriptures. Connect social media and add friends. It’s a real sense of community full of resources and inspiration. The plans are amazing! I can’t say enough good things about this app. It’s become a part of my daily routine.

I can only think of 3 features I’d love to have at the moment, from reading plans with friends — due to social distancing, the “talk it over” section could use 3 awesome updates to reconnect believers: -VIRTUAL BIBLE STUDIES! Please add the ability to set up a virtual video bible study at the end of a plan so that all notes can be culminated in summary by a group in a video call; this can be done by linking a third-party video calling service (like Zoom) or by building something in-house to host short sessions. -VIDEO CLIPS! Please add the option to allow for short 30-second or 1-minute video uploads for users to share a video clip of their thoughts from a reading plan on that day. -USER NOTES HIGHLIGHTING! Please allow the ability for users who have already completed a day’s plan to better see updates from other plan users who have posted their notes/(videos) for that day. It’s a little cumbersome to go back to a completed day to review the notes each time, since there is a “day plan completed” notice each time you go back but no easy notice when someone posts their comments to that day.

We decided to be more minimalistic and concentrate more on daily quotes/verses!
