I downloaded this app 3 months ago. I should have gotten two gift cards by now. Customer support never responded. If you look at other reviews you’ll see the same comment. You’ll also see a polite response from the company apologizing and asking for patience as they work thru their issues. These people are making money from us watching their ads and won’t pay up. The app is clunky. Imagine a group of preschoolers made an app. This would be it. Too many adds for not enough points. There are other reward apps that give you more points and ACTUALLY give you gift cards. Let me clarify that. There are other apps that give you more points and ACTUALLY give you gift cards INSTANTLY. As an example, I have gotten $10 in gift cards from another walking app in the time I’ve been waiting for this app to send me a $5 gift card it took over a month to earn. Stay away. I purchased or submitted a gift card on August 13th 2024 I still has not received do you know when I will be receiving I don’t mind watching all the ads and fallowing the rules but payment should be promptDEVI HANUMAN
Update: Now I’m banned from platings games for points…
So I finally got my $5 gift card on August 27th. 3 whole weeks since the last review. But now AdGem claims I violated their rules but I haven’t done anything. I don’t use multiple devices. I’m not some phone tech nerd so I can’t do any hacks or anything similar. I don’t use VPN. I haven’t done anything other than walk around a lot and spend like 2 hours a day on which ever game I was playing for about a week or 2. I never got any of my points for those really long and tedious games but I did gain points on Cash Walk.
I’m about to officially delete this app and leave a final review if this does not get fixed. Takes a whole month just for $5 then wait almost a month to even receive the gift card. It’s not worth it. Have to watch 11 ads and have to manually click on the shoe to claim the walking points, which is annoying. All that just for only $5 a month. I’m not a little child nor are we living in the 1900s where a penny would’ve been worth a dollar.
I can gain $15-20 on other apps so there’s no point in wasting time with this one, especially when they are gonna screw you over and pretend you violated some made rule they’re too fraudulent to explain to you. Gonna give this app one more week, if nothing gets fixed, I’m deleting this app and leaving a final review.Show lessShadow 24/7

Redeem gift card didn’t receive
I have redeemed a gift card on August 30, 2024 and I have yet to receive it. It’s been pending for the past 3 to 4 days. The reason why I believe is because I had forgotten to turn off my VPN whenever I got onto the app which then the app message showed up that I have violated guidelines and my account has been been banned. The once VPN has been turned off it starts to work and the banned message goes away since the system detected VPN caused a flag where I won’t receive my gift card because I forgot to turn it off. Can I please get my pending five dollar gift card? There is nothing wrong done on my part. I use VPN when ever I’m browsing and I turned it off whenever I’m walking.Show lessFauq101
