Inconsistent performance on the day with app frozen for some time. Photo search at the line not picking up the runner number entered so no pics of the finish. Very disappointing.Jonijaws
Dreadful
The app is awful. Do not rely on it to work! On the day of the marathon it wouldn’t even open for me-it just keep spinning on the home page. Loads of others saying the same. Those who could track their runner also said it was inaccurate so they kept missing them.Feedbackab
Disappointed
Froze regularly during the race so I was unable to accurately track my husband along the route. Closed out of the app and tried to reopen it but it failed to open at all so I was completely out of the loop. Attempted to open it again the next day its just stuck on the loading screen and still won’t open.Show lessJenReviews99
Less useful than an ashtray on a motorbike!
The whole family trying to follow a runner using the app, on various devices, such a shame it didn’t work. At least warn us that it’s untested technology!Confused of Peckham!
