Very Poor and Paywalled
Paywalling this app when you can’t even properly cache login credentials on a web client is really poor form. Then requiring a login to make a search, even worse. You could be monetizing people but instead you’re relentlessly adding friction to the experience.
The entire premise of your product is to sell something for another vendor and save the customer time/money in the process of doing so.
If you simply focus on doing your job well there should be plenty of ways to monetize this other than reducing the actual value of the product you created. You’re biting off your nose despite your face.
You badly need to consult with a product manager.

Can’t Use Website or App
The idea of this platform is awesome, and the creators figured out a great way to bring it to life.
The website is much easier to navigate and has become my source for checking prices of the newest releases. However, my account got suspended for an IP Address issue.
When I reached out to support for help their response was “Sorry.” There was no solution given or any way that I could continue to use this platform. I can’t even log into the app on my phone anymore to use it.
This services reminds me of Card Ladder, and I’d gladly pay $15 per month to use it. But the customer service help is HORRIFIC.

If you collect sports or trading cards this app is invaluable! It’s interesting how products fluctuate in pricing. I use waxstat several times weekly now ! If you want the best price use waxstat ! I also love that there are live links to all the sellers sights and product checklist on the app.Stellar product!! Big Al keeps on creating ways to make the hobby more fun !
