Untrustworthy AND Deleting Reviews with Ratings?
On mobile, I submitted a review with a rating. I cannot find it and in it I mentioned about not trusting this game or TeachTap/LearnWith.AI (due to the Albert Einstein chatbot telling me that this app had personalization based on grade level, which didn't even work for me). So what is going on here?Unplayable on Both Mobile and MacBook
I selected 8th grade as the highest grade I have completed. In the tower where you meet the professor guy though, I don’t have access to 8th Grade level. It stops at Grade 7.
I cannot even play this on my phone without the buttons not responding. I even once fell through the map while just standing still.
On MacBook, the controls WASD don’t work and I have to use a trackpad or mouse to move AND jump/fight/guard. I was once disconnected from the server and it never brought me back.
This is unfortunately completely unplayable. I was hoping I could get past Grade 8, because LearnWith.AI’s/TeachTap’s Albert Einstein chatbot told me precisely word for word that, “In Magic Academy, you can indeed start with more advanced topics if that matches your proficiency level. The app uses diagnostic tests to place you in the right content from the beginning, ensuring you’re challenged appropriately without spending time on skills you’ve already mastered. This personalized approach helps you focus on expanding your knowledge and skills efficiently.”
There was NOTHING personalized. Why was there no Grade 8 tower level, and why did the AI on your other platform basically tell me things that were not true? I wanted to use TeachTap, but now I’m not sure if I should trust it now so much.Developer Response
