D-Alert

The D-Air Lab D-Alert App is a reference for managing alarms in case of an emergency. It can be combined with D-Air Lab protection products, or it can be used alone to receive assistance from selected recipients in case of necessity, such as falls, illnesses, accidents and aggressions. Main features of the App aree: • Easy to use: Autonomous operation for an intuitive experience, especially in emergency situation. • Minimal Setup: Simple setup required to get started. • BLE: Interaction with external D-Air Lab devices via BLE. • Product management: Adaptation to the specific characteristics of the various compatible D-Air Lab products and configuration possibilities. • Multi User: Automatic involvement of multiple recipients in case of emergency to guarantee maximum assistance. • Reliable Communication: Multi-level communications to be able to contact recipients even in difficult situations. • Multiple Communication Channels: Messages, audio and video in real time for complete and effective interaction with recipients in case of need. • Localization and Live Tracking: Sharing your location in real time and in case of emergency. • Alarms from External Devices: Activation of alarms by external protection devices of the D-Air Lab catalogue. • Emergency Button: Activation of alarms directly from the App using the dedicated emergency button. The App must always be active in background for maximum responsivity. The connection with external devices is automatic and reliable. The user and authorized recipients are constantly informed about the operational status of the system and connected products. Emergency communication is reliable and includes data channels and SMS. Notifications require confirmations from selected recipients in order to improve communication security in all situations. The user location is constantly detected: in case of emergency, the live tracking feature provides location updates to authorized recipients. The user can also activate continuous live tracking for a selected time period. Location sharing is visible directly on a map or through periodic SMSes to authorized recipients. The user configures access permissions and grants remote access. Alarms activate both a real-time video call to the selected recipients and an informative SMS. Alarms can be activated via a "panic button" or from compatible D-Air Lab products connected through BLE. The App includes a siren-like ringtone. Alarm termination requires a secure procedure or can be remotely set by recipients. The user can always change the App settings and change the selected recipient contacts in case of emergencies.
