Been with CUDIS since it first released, and while yes, the app had its issues in the beginning they are constantly improving it and making it better, while taking the concerns and needs of their users into consideration.
After listening to the recent AMA they did, I am very bullish on this app and I’m looking forward to the journey it takes me on. Great team, great product!

Ring completely defective
I made sure that my ring was fully charged before syncing with the smart app, yet it will not track any health metrics. It says I have taken 12 steps after walking around with it on for about an hour. I’ve tried to wear the ring on different fingers but it makes no difference. I have also tried upwards of five times to get it to read my heart rate, but it shows up as blank every time. Essentially nothing about the product itself nor the app seems to be functional at this time
