Subject: Complaint Regarding Unjust Ban and Non-Delivery of Rewards from PLUSEpx Team
I have been participating fairly in all the competitions hosted by the PLUSEpx team using the account “kyawkyaw0123”. I exchanged my earned 2000 coins for a $20 gift card, but it didn’t arrive immediately. After consulting ChatGPT, I was informed to wait 5 to 7 days. While continuing to participate in their competitions, I waited for my reward. However, on September 22, 2024, instead of receiving the $20 gift card via email, my account was banned without any explanation. I was shocked because I had not violated any of their stated terms and conditions. When I reached out to the PLUSEpx team, I received no response. This is a clear example of unethical behavior and a gross violation of consumer rights. I am genuinely surprised that Apple Store allows such a fraudulent app on its platform without proper vetting.
