Can’t connect to camera
I hold the setup button and try to find device on the app and it tells me that “make sure it’s connected to Wi-Fi” when Wi-Fi works just fineCan’t get to the set up page.
Asked for money and took it before it ever showed me how to set it up. I am not happy and will probably return this camera and try to get my money back.It’s ok

Did not ask for this and was charged $40 annual fee. Can’t contact anyone about this!!THEY DONT RESPOND!
The app has a pop- up for you to pay. I clicked on it and my mistake payed the anual with my iPhone wallet and I’ve emailed these people 100 times to please give me a refund they never respond to the Emails. I actually downloaded this app by mistake it doesn’t even talks my cámara. The app tricks you and the pop up just comes up if you click it it will charge you. I think it’s a trick and then they won’t respond to help you. It’s a full scamCan’t not connect
