Highly recommend!
I have always found so much overwhelming and often misleading information about different practices for improving my sleep and energy or how to improve my stress levels and mental health. I was so excited to hear about the Better Lab where everything recommended is backed by science and is also specifically geared towards my own practices and how much time I have/what I am willing to try. I really appreciate the reminders and how you can keep a journal which, both of which I have found to be very helpful. I would highly recommend the app as it can be tailored towards whatever your focuses are!

It’s a bright new world!
I have finally found a behavior modification method that works! The Better Lab app has enabled me to improve my sleep through an easy to use, positive, daily program that I actually enjoy using. Most importantly, I use it and it has changed my mentality and my behavior. Every morning I now reflexively think about getting some morning sun which in turn makes it easier for me to fall asleep in the evening. No method I have previously tried- whether it be devices, books, podcasts, other apps, etc. has ever changed the way I think. The Better Lab has done so in a very productive, positive way. I whole heartedly recommend it.

Great app!
I’ve tried several sleep apps, but The Better Lab is in a league of its own. It’s easy to use, and the personalized sleep recommendations have made a real difference in my nightly routine. No more headaches in the morning
I downloaded Better Lab after months of working too many gigs and waking up everyday with a headache from either lack of sleep or fitful sleep. I still can’t sleep 8 hours (too busy) but the quality of my 5-7 hours is WAY WAY better following the plan. THANK YOU.

Caffeine no longer jacks up my sleep
The Better Labs sleep coaching app helped me recognize the impact my afternoon coffee habit was having on my ability to fall asleep at night, commit to and ultimately achieve a change in my habit. The daily reminder and gentle reinforcement of the strategy the app recommended, and to which I committed, has resulted in better rest and a consistent ability for me to nod off shortly after my head hits the pillow. I have recommended this to friends and family who complain about not enough or low quality sleep. It really helped me.

I’m just one of many who struggle with sleep and who wasted time looking for answers on the Internet and through tech that only increased my sleep stress. And I didn’t want to resort to pharmaceutical aid offered by my doctor. What I learned through Better Lab is that I didn’t need to figure this out on my own, there are myriad ways to improve sleep that are already known. What I needed was a coach to guide me through the disciplines, and it has been that for me. It gives great tips and key reminders when I need them to spur better choices for my sleep. It’s been hugely helpful.
