The app doesn’t let you view investments like the website does. It is overly simplistic. Ultimately, it feels unfinished.

Doesn’t load

Sat for over 5 mins waiting for my claims to load. The website on a mobile device is even worse. Thought the app would be easier to use. But it’s only caused more frustration.

Unfortunately the new switchover hasn’t done anything to improve their IT/interface. The website has always been glitchy and frustrating. The new app is following in the Rocky Mountain Reserve tradition of junk technology.

The app, the website - nothing works

I have never had so many issues with FSA reimbursement. The new app does not work properly and keeps giving a “something happened on our side, try later” message. You are holding people’s money and they need to access it. Get it together.

Great app!

This app was very easy and straightforward to use and I haven't experienced any bugs. From login to making payments, the process was as smooth as could be. No complaints here!

Horrible

I used to be able to swipe my card and pay. Now it’s a huge headache and the payment won’t process and says “it needs help”. The old system was so efficient and easy.

Awful user experience

Can’t register and keyboard covers the text box. Infuriating

Terrible

The app doesn’t have a way to submit a payment they asked me to mail in a check. Can’t cancel a transaction. Now I can’t login even though I can still login on the website. Can’t think of a more fitting rating for an app than an app that doesn’t even let you log in.
