Absolutely useless app.
Took 2 weeks to process the transactions only to get cancelled. Took the money but still haven’t got refunded.

KYC verification fail
After registering, I was not able to verify my KYC. Contacted via WhatsApp and someone tried to help but that person seems lacking information. Later emailed officially, but got no response.
Not able to delete incomplete account either.
Still struck with an incomplete account that is not useful !

Takes long time
It is taking too long, very late late correspondence from the management. It has been more than a week and still no transactions.

I would highly recommend you guys to use this app it’s safe secure and we get our money within an hour. Make sure you are exchanging during week days and office hours (Bhutan)
Late payment
They said money will be remitted within one working day and here it’s been more than 7 days and still waiting. Sent lots of queries but no response or any actions taken. Will remove this aap and close the BNB account guaranteed after they remit my money.
