Website and App on Apple iphone
Both don’t allow you to check out your items. when you select Amazon payments and then pay it doesn’t work when you use the app and go to payments it doesn’t work sort your IT out, utter rubbish.

Misleading promo
The website currently has a promotion saying you can get 10% off if you order through the app and use a code. I did this but it says that the code expired on May 31st.

Payments Issue
The app froze after I authorised the payment in my banking app. The money has been taken from my bank account, however the items remained in the basket, with no order confirmations in the app or via email.
Poor filter on app
Clothes may fit larger people, but you have to scroll through everything as the filter mechanism is poor. When searching T-shirt for example, it shows all shirts, despite using various filters
New App
Great App. Easy to use. Only thing went on holiday to Ireland and whilst company has store in Belfast not able to order collection from Belfast store as not listed on App.
No sizes
There are no sizes to choose from on the clothing, so no stars as of yet!

Size guide is poor and not clear
Payments needs Apple Pay for added security as I do not want you to hold my payment card at all. This is highly sensitive and confidential information that does not need to be saved on Badrhinos data base.

Fantastic
Finally a clothing range I feel comfortable in, as well as a really user friendly app to order my clothes. Very pleased - long may the rhino keep charging forward! :)
