Bloom APP
The app is horrible and needs professional upgrades. They are loosing service by it not properly functioning and constantly updating and crashing. It never lets me check out so I have to go into the store with cash. Jane still is a struggle to connect through their links. However, if you go into the store location the review would be 4.5 stars easy. The bud tenders are extremely nice and helpful and really provide quality service.

Login doesn’t work
And the desktop site filters don’t work either.
Cannot Shop
The shop tab shows a blank screen after logging in. The app is essentially useless until this is fixed. Also can’t shop the web due to the checkout button being beyond the bottom of the screen. Frustrating.
Update to add: the shop tab is simply an in app browser that loads their website. It has the same issue that the website has, in that the checkout button is beyond the bottom of the page. It is literally impossible to shop online with them at this time.

Store good, not app
The actual store itself is very nice and welcoming atmosphere. The app however is a nightmare
signing in issues.
It literally doesn’t let me sign in. sticking to the site.
Says invalid email
I have logged into the app and when I go to order, I have to sign in again and it says invalid email. I saw someone else is experiencing the same thing so it’s probably a bug.
Wonderful vibe
This place feels so laid back because the workers make it feel that way! I have had tabby and every time she makes me feel comfortable & right at home! Love this place so much I plan on taking the 45 minute drive every time, that’s love!
Miserable login
Signed up at the store so I could buy on the app. For some reason the app can show me my profile and my points but when I go to purchase anything, they asked me to re-login and say they cannot find my email address. Despite the fact, I’ve added to my account, deleted the app and reinstalled, wipe the account and started over again.
