For me, the end of 2023 and all of 2024 have been nothing short of trauma-induced chaos. In that time, Explore POV has become an essential and profoundly relaxing meditation app, one of the most effective tools I’ve discovered in my entire life. It’s hard to put into words how much this app has helped me. I’m honestly unsure if I would have made it through this year without it and other similar apps.
