Hi, I am sorry you are disappointed. You can contact us at support@trackify.am if you would like to refund your purchase. The import process is optional and one time only as your stats will keep up to date automatically from the date of purchase. This is unfortunately due to restrictions from Spotify meaning we can't access data from before you started using Trackify (without you importing it). I understand the import process can be frustrating but I hope you can enjoy the app when it completes. -CarterWouldn’t even load

Pretty good overall
This is a pretty good app, but it’s a pain to transfer Spotify data from before you downloaded the app. Also, the payment isn’t really necessary.unacceptable person
locked out
It used to be great, a little inaccurate and buggy, but still a good app. Now I’m locked out and can’t get back in. I double checked that my password was right and tried logging in with my email and username. When I tried to change my password with Spotify, it said I can’t change it to my current password, so I have no idea what’s going on. No matter what I do, there’s an error on their end and It it says something is incorrect. It also says my Google account isn’t connected to my Spotify account, even though I sign in with Google to get into Spotify. Hopefully this will be fixed and my stats will still be saved. On another note, why can’t I see my stats from before I got the app? I know it’s possible so why aren’t they counted? I got this app partially through the year, so I hope that’s not when my Spotify wrapped starts tracking from.
Please fix your bugs and consider adding a bit more to the free version. Thank you.Show lessSebastian_Galindo

Hi Sebastian, I’m sorry you’ve been locked out of your Spotify account. I would recommend contacting Spotify’s support at support.spotify.com because unfortunately we can’t help with this problem ourselves. Your stats will be saved despite being logged out for now. Also, when you’ve fixed your login you can import your entire Spotify listening history by following this guide: https://support.trackify.am/import/guide If you have any questions you can contact us at support@trackify.am Thanks for being a user!Wont let you log out
I accidentally logged into an account that I don’t listen to my music on, and it won’t let me out of it. I’ve tried hitting the log out button but every time you log in it doesn’t give you an option which account you want to use.emily loves god

Hi Emily, you can logout with the button on the settings page. If you need to switch to a different Spotify account, you may need to go to Safari and login to the correct account there. This is because we use the Spotify account you’re logged into on your web browser. I hope this helps your problem - CarterI love this app

Not accurate
It said I have 22 hours listening when I’m positive I’ve spent 100s of hours listening this year. Many other stats were inaccurate also.Poiajjw
