I haven’t had any issues. I love how it can be screwed on or placed without the screws with the adhesive components on the back.
The app does it really really well
This app already has mini mini features and it works really well. It feels like it has 4K, but it kind of depends on the camera that you have.
Great Device
So glad I purchased the Blink. Battery life is good. Still learning it. Has added to my peace of living. I recommend this device for apartment living.
ZERO STARS - Horrible product and even worse customer support
Camera does not record when it’s suppose to. Also purchased the subscription for the cloud and the app tells me I do not have one. Reached out to customer service; they take days to respond back after each response or they just do not respond back to you at all!
Poor customer support
Impossible to get ahold of anyone. No customer support number to call or must be kept hidden somewhere. The double charged me and have not been able to get my money back or get answers. They told me to cancel my subscription, which I did within hours of making the purchase of the subscription, but they never sent me back the extra money they charged.

Simple and lacking
Whilst the app does the simple /basic things well. It is missing key features for any camera app.

Human detection
Human detection doesn’t seem to work at all. I’ve adjusted the settings every way possible and it just doesn’t work. I would not recommend this if your door faces the road because it will detect every vehicle that passes by.
