I've been using this app for a day, and it has significantly improved my ability to stay focused for extended periods. Unlike other "focus" apps I've tried, this one stands out. I particularly appreciate the Breathing Exercise feature, which prompts you when you attempt to open a distracting app. It effectively helps you relax, curbing the impulse to open the app and prompting introspection about your actions. While the app is still in its early stages, I anticipate the developer will continue adding innovative features to enhance its functionality further!
