Vertuo Pop+
This app seems rather pointless. They need to add a Bluetooth button to the machine. This thing does not connect to my Vertuo Pop+ for anything. There is another app from Nespresso that works better and helps you buy pods.
Useless
Won’t admit that I have an account, won’t pair with my ipad, wants me to jump through too many hoops,stand on my head, put my ipad on top of the machine, delete and reinstall, reset to factory…..who needs this aggravation?
Not smart…
Unable to connect to my new Vertuo Plus to app. App error message that machine is already paired to different account. Tried resetting machine to factory settings, reinstalled app, deleted Bluetooth profile, etc. no luck.
Barista recipe maker
I can’t register it in the app even though when directed to get this app it said that it is compatible with the barista maker! Disappointed cause I can’t access the customisable menu on my device any more! When will this be sorted! Really disappointing!
Doesn’t work at all
It keeps telling me that I’m using an account from a different country. I’m based in the UK. The new UK Nespresso app redirected me to this app to control my new Vertuo Pop+ machine. Now I can’t use this new app at all. Garbage.
Can’t connect to internet despite it being connected via the old app
The app visually looks a lot better, but the same buggy issues are there. My Sage The Vertuo Creatista Coffee Machine connects perfectly to WiFi via the old app, but can’t via the new one. If you try to input manually it just refreshes and kicks you off the screen to the error page.
