This was the app I NEEDED!!!!!
I would try and use the time limit function that Apple allows you to access through your settings but you can just click ignore limit (which I would often do) but this app does not give you the option to bypass the warning and keep doom scrolling. Thank you so much to the creators of this app! I have just started nursing school and exams are quickly approaching and this has saved me from being distracted and picking up the phone.
I did have some technical difficulty connecting my Spotify to my account but I will try again that is such a minor issue especially because the app also offers its own concentration music.
This is a truly great app that I will be recommending to others. I’ve tried other study and focus apps like promodoro or however you spell it and they were okay but I was really looking for the app blocking function which I have finally found!!!

Good content but irritating to use
However, every time a session is over it feels like three different screens pop up to tell me about a badge that I have to claim and do I wanna share my session on ig or somethin like that. little roadblocks that just make the actual using experience the opposite of streamlined. Id prefer to just go to the album of soundscapes in apple music than use the app
