Honestly, a solid app. They’re new so they’re just getting on their feet. The drivers speak highly of them, which is nice
I find myself using the app perfectly until I don’t know if I’ll be receiving I driver or not while it’s still waiting for a ride to get picked up idk if it’s for the lack of drivers but if we had something like Lyft to where it shows drivers locations and wait time would be perfect to not expect anymore wait time and get to an appointment late
This app looks like it was programmed in 2014. Slow, buggy, and lacking the features that other rideshares added over the last half decade. Not a serious alternative to the market leaders.
had to refresh the app page 5 times before I could actually write a review. I wonder how many other people like me were in the same situation after they attempted to use the app and you can't even get the text sent to you after many many attempts.
looks like a good idea this app but something's not working.
