Don’t bother. They are one of THE worst dispensaries
They won’t allow you to use you earned rewards unless you pay full price. I had the app for less than 6 mths and now I can’t even log in. With over 1300 in points? Oh well, they lost my business, nasty rude employees doesn’t make it worth my while to use them. Close to home or not
Worthless if you can’t sign in
I’ve been trying to set up the app for about an hour and it won’t let me sign in, reset my password or anything. It’s really frustrating because AYR won’t let you have your benefits if you don’t use their app.😡 Deleting and finding a different dispensary.
Almost unusable
This app should be completely rebuilt from the ground up. Simply terrible.

Nonfunctional login
The App was loaded and the account was inaccessible to enter the user password due to the window constantly resizing itself. Useless to me- removing the App.
Can’t even login
I’ve reset my password 3 times via email to try and get this app to work. won’t even sign me in. Would like to get the $5 credit for downloading the app.
App needs updating
I’m done shopping at this dispensary until the app is updated. I had to sign in every time I looked at something & went back to original page which was blank. Refreshing it did nothing. Also, had to place my order 3 times before getting any acknowledgment it was received. No more AYR until updated . Very annoying & frustrating to deal with 🙄
