This game harks back to the old days , there is not much to it , its really hard and totally addictive. Graphics look great. Feels so good when you get a rhythm going

    Developer Response

Hello! Thanks for your feedback. Just wanted to mention that you can adjust the heights of the punch, kick, and duck input zones in ‘Options’ > ‘Adjust touch controls’ in case that helps you with the controls. Also it has controller support, if you happen to have a bluetooth controller you’d prefer to use. My intention with the design of the touch controls in landscape mode was to make them easy to use by not requiring the player to tap on virtual buttons, so naturally I’m sorry to hear that they didn’t suit you. But on the other hand I’m very pleased to hear that you like the soundtrack and that your daughter likes the duck character! Thanks for playing PKD+!
  • A Punchy (Kicky? Ducky?) Good Time!

This game is very fun! You play as a Duck or one of its friends while trying to fight their way up a tower! I only started playing a few days ago but I’ve been pretty addicted!

One of the things I love about this game is that you have three controls for punching, kicking, and ducking. Sounds easy but as it gets harder, I get really tripped up over my own thumbs and end up tapping frantically all over the screen when things get chaotic haha! This is not a game where you can panic; purposeful button pressing and timing is absolutely mandatory!

Luckily, the difficulty is changeable at any time between what looks like Easy, Normal, and Hard mode.

It definitely feels like you’re meant to get stuck on a single level for a long period of time, slowly getting better at it and you still get enough coins and objectives done to unlock characters so no worries there!

Loving the game and keep up the amazing work everyone at PipSqueakGames! The only downside is that when I initially downloaded the game, I was going to play the Fox because I thought the Fox would be a playable character, but he’s an enemy. 😭 I don’t know if they’ll add anymore characters but we have 21 right now. It’s still a large (foxless) casting of characters to choose from!

  • Fun, but super hard

I think we can all agree this game is very hard, but many developers want video games to be hard and this is a reasonable excuse for that however one of the problems is that it’s hard to defeat the final boss, an optional feature I would recommend is to add more HP for the duck since the final bosses unpredictably hard and you need to memorize each and every move, but otherwise a fun game
