Add face login!!!

At the very minimum I shouldn’t have to retype my entire email every time I want to login. Apple Face Login would be great!

Good, but need more features..

The app is good for the most part, however a lot of functionality that is lacking on the app with seeing schedules, inventory, vendors, etc. An update with these features would definitely push this app up with more potential to have more users integrating to the mobile software. I personally run my tekmetric off of a computer so these issues aren’t present in my everyday work. However if I we are to implement this software and require our technicians to use this, for inspections is useful. But importantly doing inventory counts, audits and so forth, seeing the workload through set appointments. Being able to access employee hours, and daily numbers such as closing or seeing performance for improvements on sales would be such a huge asset to add to the app
Allowing techs to see fluid types and quantities as well as technical information such as torque specs and such. I hope this helps on improving and is useful feedback!

Video upload issues

Videos don’t upload when recorded on the app, just started using it not even 24 hours

Mediocre

Very nice to have an app to perform daily check-in’s and inspection. Was previously using the safari version on iPhone and had it bookmarked to the Home Screen as an app. I saw a message on my computer saying the app was available on the AppStore and after using it for a few vehicles I will be switching back to the online version until the app is tweaked and layout is revised. The app should be structured similar to the desktop version and it lacks many features and has various drawbacks. The issues Im currently having are; the app is very slow to process any videos, not being able to see the vehicles previous job history and inspections, a work-in-progress screen indicating the services the vehicle is approved for, and am unable to see the times on the ticket. The app is not very user friendly and is overly simple and is good for performing a quick inspection but nothing else.

Great so far but…

So far its very easy to use and all in all great but i would like to see the information on the vehicle like fluids,filters,specs, tsb’s ,etc. other than that its way easier to use than the website
