Won't let me select which portion of my video to loop. Apparently the developer doesn't know what he's talking about when's he says you can.

Just tried it with a short 10 sec video and worked great
I have original iPad, with version 5.1.1 on it, and most of the looping apps need 7.0 or better. This worked like a charm, at least for my 10 second video.

You import your video and can do nothing with it, and you can't save anything either? Complete waste of time. Only rated one star as you can't choose zero 😐.

Works very well.
I needed a video looper for a tradeshow display (not an editor as other reviewers seem to want). This does exactly that and loops very well; much better than ipad's not-at-all - a basic function you would think it could do. If there's a hesitation, it's hidden in the fade to black and black fade-in at the end and beginning and is not noticeable.
I took off a star because the small ipad status bar at the top stays on and there are no settings to make it go away and I would prefer to have only the looping video showing.
