Although this update is long overdue, just logging on for a few minutes gave me enough satisfaction to come here and sing praises.
PCDL app team did a wonderful job! I’m thoroughly impressed so far.

I was a gold subscriber before this app was updated. After the update, I became a free user. Support doesn’t have an answer for why this happened. Yesterday (9/7/20), there was another update. Now, you cannot play anything on the app. Honestly, this app is a big disgrace for a man of God such as Pastor Chris.
I love this app and used to listen to it while I work, but it no longer plays in the background since the new format rolled out,. In addition to this, when the screen is off the audio will no longer play either. Messages randomly stop and will not start back up. It does the same thing on android since the update, but the good thing about that platform is that I was able to downgrade back to the older version and everything works fine again. I know the updates are intended to make the experience better, but this has not been the case for me, but the messages are great when I can hear them. No love lost... I still appreciate these godly developers. 👍🏾

Thanks for this lovely overhaul. it’s beautiful and a very good work. I, however have some observations:
The items one already has in the library, whether bought or free, on this new interface, if you forget that you previously had them and press buy, it doesn’t indicate it as against the situation in the old app that always informed you of previous purchases.
whether you have money or not to purchase, if you press ‘buy’ it doesn’t respond, if you press download, it begins the download but doesn’t deliver the downloaded content to the library. This happened on the IPad and IPhone.
No downloaded content- either free nor purchased gets delivered into the library.
The feedback ‘Send” button doesn’t appear to be working.
I am under the category of ‘Free User’

It would be great to have a search space , where we can search for messages , and perhaps by keywords , messages relating to that topic can pop up .
Imagine buying 25 credit to subscribe time to pay the bill was 25 credit I had 25 credit you refused to subscribe me I decided to buy more credit added 5 dollar more but what happened you changed my balance to 5 credit took the 25 away didn’t no subscribe me now telling me to buy more credit to subscribe after buying twice in a 30mins see I want my money back o

Major issue is, it doesn’t play in the background. Once I leave the app or sleep my phone, it completely closes and you have to open the app and find the message and play from the beginning all over again; only being able to play while you’re on the app and your phone does not sleep. Fix it please. Background play is key! User experience can be better too! 🧡👏🏽
This is the best thing that’s happened to me lately. Don’t get me wrong. My family had lots of Pastor’s CDs and tapes.
But now, no more scratching. That’s epic. I can listen anywhere.
For example, it’s the month of blessings. I just downloaded everything on blessing and will listen to maximize the moment.
There’s a limitation however. It doesn’t play outside the app. I can’t do anything else while listening.
Is this intentional? To make us focus???

This is an amazing app. I love the fact that I can travel with my man of God everywhere on the planet, and listen to his voice everyday, all day, educating my spirit on the life that God has given us.
I would like to suggest an update to the app; especially for iOS devices. I found out that, reinstalling the messages after moving to another iOS device, is kinda tedious. Some messages don’t download. Another change I would love to see is, a refined UI, to reflect the iOS experience; an option to change the color coating of the app. Some UI animations, probably a wave bar as Pastor is speaking, and finally, an update enhancement for iOS 13. As it is now, if I’m on the app, and I close it, to do other things, the messages stop playing 😢☹️

Every time I try to play a video it opts me out of the app or it kicks me out. It also use to allow me to play video/audio while locking my iPhone, it doesn’t do that anymore... pls resolve this matter, thanks in advance
