Hello team,
I have purchased Espees through the app but the balance remains as zero.
This means I can’t purchase the Gold membership through the wallet in the app.
Can you please fix?

Don’t see esprees I bought
I paid for the gold subscription for over a year ago and I still don’t see that I bought it AND I was thinking that since there was an update 9 months ago maybe it got fixed and it has not. I ended up paying for the PCDL subscription via my laptop and I literally have 412 credits on there.
Please assist.

No espee in my account after paying for it
This app is great but everytime I try to purchase Espees to extend subscription, it takes the money out of wallet but still reflects as a 0 balance. This issue needs to fixed. Not sure if I’m the only iOS user experiencing this. My app and phone os are up to date as well.
Also another feature that will take the app to the next level is if it has the ability to play in the background

Great App
Thank you so much Pastor Sir for this platform, it’s really a blessing in this end time.
I’ve got a suggestion, can you make it to play the message even after you’ve closed the app, because right now, I only play the messages when the app is open, once closed, even if I am playing a message, it just stops right away. Can you please rectify that - I’m using an iOS device.

Please. Needs attention
Hello brothers. Thanks for your works however it needs serious attention. The app has serious issues that need to be fixed. I cannot access anything in the wallet. when I try to buy Epsees, it will take the money but keep on showing that my balance is zero. And so I could not upgrade my subscription due to this even though the money is being taken. it did it with one of my other account twice. I couldn’t do anything about so I created this new account. But it still the same both on iPhone and iPad Please you need to help us fixing this. God bless

The app needs to be worked on
After the update, it’s been challenging using the app. If I try to rewind, the app hangs and I have to restart the message all over again.
Great wisdom but difficult to navigate
I love Pastor Chris and the wisdom he imparts on everyone who listens to him.
This app has so much wisdom but hard to find because of a few reasons:
1. Search bar: The search bar doesn’t help much. Searching for a particular sermon is very difficult to find.
2. Broken links and tabs: Not all tabs are working. Very slow response time.
3. The user experience on this app is terrible. You don’t have much reason to come back as the app isn’t an enjoyable experience. The only reason I re-downloaded it is because I am hungry for Pastor Chris’ message.

Navigation and background play
Thanks you so much for this app. It gives me the ability to go everywhere with the word of God . I want to believe it is on iOS. The navigation is not as easily as it was before and there is no more background play. Please help with ?the navigation and the background play
