UNINFORMED ABOUT REJECTED CHECK DEPOSIT
I Tried to deposit my check a day ago and I was NOT informed when I called the bank for instructions on how to deposit a check this way that I needed to also include the name of the bank with my signature on the back causing my check to be rejected!I was not informed that it was rejected and it was only when I noticed that it wasnt in my acct that I was told it had been rejected!Now a transaction is going thru and I hope I will not be charged for an overdraft charge because of this!This was my first time ever using this electronic Deposit service.Show lessBad update

Easiest upgrade ever!! I love that I can send money again! It was frustrating when that went away last upgrade. And it’s so easy to use and see all my accounts. It took less than 2 minutes to get logged on AND all my bill pay stuff moved over. Thank you Great NorthWest!!no more quick view

This app is so much better than the old app. Easier to navigate, easier to log in, and can do soooo much more than the old app! Love my credit union continues to upgrade so that we can have easier access to our accounts whenever it’s needed!Awesome app

Keeps replacing app with a new app every couple years is annoying. Now both new and old app have server issues and unable to do mobile banking, extremely annoying and very inconvenient.
