Love this app but right now it’s useless
1- it makes everything pixelated when exported to photos. Basically everything becomes low res.
2- cannot export directly to a social page. It says must be connected to internet, when I am.

Export quality depends on the quality (resolution) of the video and the watermark file itself, if any of these has lower resolution, export shall not be good enough. I was using the free app then upgraded to the paid app for both video and photo for about a year. After the latest iOS update and update to this app, my png files are not recognized rendering this app useless.realitywives
Disappointed
I just downloaded this app because i had the first one and didn’t want you guys logo in my videos and now this paying one is showing my logo with the white background...i have png logo and it’s saving it with a white background. How do i correct this?SLMFaces

Hi, it is to inform you that, this is actually expected behavior as iOS does not save PNG images. When we save a PNG image to device camera roll, it is being saved in JPEG file format which doesn’t support transparency. Same is the case when you try to sync your device with PC/Laptop via iTunes, the images that are with transparent background (PNG images) are converted into JPGs (non-transparent) images. Follow these steps to have a transparent Image: Solution#1: There is an option of "Optimise iPhone Storage" in "iCloud Photo Library", please uncheck that option. This will keep the transparency of images. Solution#2: Save the transparent images to dropbox or google drive and then save them in the camera roll. This will keep the image transparency. I bought the app and the app did not even write my words on the video, it saved the original video as is,
second the app does not even let you pinch the font to fit to size, so you have to make the title in to a paragraph

Hi, apologies for inconvenience. The issue of text not appearing in exported video is fixed and will be available soon in future update. About the second issue, yes the text does not automatically fit to screen size and user has to break it manually into multiple line to adjust. And we will consider this suggestion in future updates. Not so fast
I was so happy when this app worked good the first 2 or 3 times then right after every video watermark after was terrible quality. The same logo was used but very bad pixel quality. Now I have to look for a new app.Man Man11
Distorts the Logo
I purchased this app to watermark my videos. I have my own logo; however when exporting the video the quality of my original logo is dramatically reduced resulting in a distorted, illegible logo. I need a refund.Tmac3302
