Clunky

I find the app clunky and complicated to use. Good thought here but the tech needs to function. Not enough plants and I don’t feel comfortable with the pairings. I’m going to look for a different app.

it’s a joke

subscription for what? Very few plant options,no choices , nothing worth to be paying for. I canceled in a minutes, but will be charged for whole month! Ashamed..

Great update!

So many plants to choose from! To see them full size in my yard (through the AR part) is really helpful. I like getting up close and walking around the gardens! What a great tool!

Excited to use app, please add PNW!

I have clients that will greatly benefit from seeing their gardens designed through this app before installing. Please get the PNW area in here!!!

Disappointing

Downloaded the app once opened it requested my address (SF Bay Area) and it was not supported. What a disappointment.

We're sorry to disappoint you! At this time our plant library has 3D plants and collections for US hardiness zones 5-9, but we will be adding more all the time (and we know that users in California are eager!). Please try again in a couple months.

Disappointed!

I am deeply disappointed with my experience using this app. While I initially viewed the $7.99 price tag as a reasonable investment, the service provided has been far from acceptable. The app consistently fails to perform basic functions, such as uploading pictures and creating designs. I encountered frequent freezes and improper loading, rendering the app virtually unusable.

It is crucial for app developers to provide a clear and accurate representation of what users are paying for. Instead, I feel misled and frustrated, as the app did not meet even the most fundamental expectations. I am left feeling as though I was deceived and robbed, which is both upsetting and unfair.

Given my experience, I do not recommend this app to anyone. It appears that the company is more interested in taking your money without delivering a functional product. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this app entirely.

Just Crashes

It looks great from the description, but I haven't been able to get it to load. It crashes each time I try to load it. Maybe with some bug fixes, that will change.

Too many in app purchases required

I would like a refund because it seems that even though I paid to “unlock “ some designs, it’s now asking for additional money to view them. After only using the app for ten minutes, This has disappointed me and I no longer wish to use this app. Please advise. Thank you.

Version 1.4 has no in-app purchases. Use the free version for as long as you like, then subscribe whenever you want to access the entire plant library for your zone and save your designs.

I will never get that hour back.

Doesn’t support iPad landscape

Bought this app based on reviews on an independent site, but after paying for it, I find out it works on ipad but only in portrait mode. How lame is that?

At this time, the app works in landscape mode on iPads and iPhones using iOS 16+. We have plans to add portrait mode as well, so users can do whatever they prefer.
