Good for at home workouts
The app is simple to use. I can put together routines to do at home or the gym. I would like to see more exercises listed, but overall it's a good app.Excellent
I've been doing exercise for years and am not easily impressed but I have to say there's always a first time. VT exercise routines as a whole are designed for beginners and the experienced in exercise. It's easy to use but versatile in that you can set it to your preferences. Love it.More routines and instructions
I enjoy the way you can set up your routines based on muscle groups. However it is sorely lacking in routines for lower legs, upper chest and upper back. Also, while doing the exercises it would nice to have either music in the background or coaching instructions on how to focus what muscle group, how place your feet, how to place your hands etc.Show lessGooood

Good Exercise Tool I suggest placing a set of exercises for beginnersSimple, which is what I wanted.
This shows how to do some exercises. It lets you pick as many as you want and build you own set. Simple and easy to use. No frills. I gave 4 stars only because I'd like a little more info on which muscles I've worked.
