HOW DOES IT WORK?
Daily Entries:
- First, download and install Top of Mind on your mobile device. We'll take you through a short walk-through that helps you easily input your first entry.
- Once you are setup, you'll have a chance to "backfill" entries from the perspective of the past few days. This is optional, but can help you get up to speed more quickly and get you in the groove of submitting entries.
- Each entry will ask you a few questions to make it easier for you to fill out - you'll quickly input how you're feeling and what has been going on for the day so far, what your daily goals are, and then we'll ask a few custom 'Prompted Response' questions that will change over time.
- No need to think too hard while filling these out - the goal is just to keep it to whatever is Top of Mind for you! We have a "soft" time limit of 75 seconds for each entry to keep you on pace and encourage you to not spend too long.
- Over time, you'll see your entries fill up your timeline - you'll easily be able to review your old entries and add self-reflection comments as you look back on the older entries with the perspective of hindsight.
Analysis:
- Once you have a few entries submitted (don't forget you can backfill entries to get up and running more quickly!), you'll see the automated charts and analysis tab begin to populate
- Here you'll be able to track your trends over time and easily see how things have changed week-to-week or month-to-month
- You'll also be able to keep track of key words and triggers related to your good days and bad days and how those have changed over time
Insights and Action Plans:
- In addition to the automated charts and analysis that you can review yourself, the weekly Insights and Action Plans provide an even deeper level of detail and clarity
- Each week, embedded AI can anonymously analyze your entries, self-reflection comments, trends, and patterns to provide you with an easy-to-read report of insights into your recent productivity and wellbeing and clear action steps you can take over the next week to try to improve
- If you've been looking at achievement and mood charts and asking yourself "so what...?" - this will help answer for you
- The Insights and Action Plans feature is limited to Top of Mind Premium members - but everyone gets a 1-week free trial period and we make it easy to unlock additional free weeks by referring others to Top of Mind
