I read a TON of reviews before I downloaded the game. Some of them seemed to suggest that the negative reviews being left for the game were unfair and unwarranted. Everyone is complaining about the ADS. I thought to myself that it really couldn’t possibly be that bad or the developer would have done something about it. So I played the game. At least, that was what I tried to do. I couldn’t play the game. In the first 3 minutes alone I was bombarded with about 8 separate advertisements. It made playing the game virtually impossible. I’d click on the ID card, AD. Click on the entry request, AD. Click on anything at all, and I was forced to sit through an AD. I’d try to verify information by attempting to match their ID card numbers with the numbers listed in their apartment charts, but every time I had to click on something for any reason, I was met with an AD.
Up in the left hand corner of the screen was a persistent offer from the developer to remove the ADS for 3.99. After about 15 frustrating minutes of “gameplay” I realized this wasn’t a free game at all. If I actually wanted to play it, I’d have to shell out 3.99.
So I paid.
The game itself is GLITCH GALORE. My screen would frequently freeze up when I dialed numbers. The sound would randomly cut out at regular intervals, and several times on the score screen I noticed that a “doppel” would get through despite me having never passed them through. It was really annoying.
