"I've sent two emails with different questions about how the app works. Now I see the answers in the reviews, but customer service never responded. It's disappointing for customers. I bought a one-week membership to try the app, and they still don't reply. It's not fair that you pay for a week that they offer and can only use it for one hour (8 times). I mean, if you offer a week for a price, it's a full week that I paid for. They don't specify anywhere that from the week, you'll only be able to use it for a very limited amount of time. I asked in the email I sent if the same applies to the yearly membership, and I haven't received a response. The app is very good, but it's not fair that they offer you a subscription for a week, and then after you pay, you discover that you can only use it a few times during that week. Technologically speaking, SUNORA is a marvel. I could have spent hours exploring, experimenting, learning how to get the most out of this great app. Unfortunately, after submitting 10 songs (of which SUNORA automatically makes two versions) an hour goes by, you’ve used up all your credits and you can’t play anymore for a week. That’s ridiculous. An app that only works for an hour per week? What were you thinking? I’m applying for a refund.Show lessFool and a half
