events, RoadWirk Metrics™ supports your fitness goals by providing critical insight into your training to help you measure your progress. When we measure our training results and compare them against baseline over time it not only helps us to see what works it also encourages us to stay on track.
RoadWirk Metrics™ seamlessly integrates Personal Training Goals and tracks Distance, Pace, Speed, Time, Route details( i.e.: Average Slope, Elevation, Maximum Elevation, Minimum Elevation and Heading) and Calories Burned. Training results are presented in a clear and concise format using a combination of graphs, tabular data and rendered training routes.
PERSONAL TRAINING GOALS
Personal Training Goals (PTG) enable users to define target training objectives (i.e.: Miles, Minutes, Pace and Calories) that span one or multiple Workout Actives over multiple dates. To define a PTG users Tap the "set goal" link located at bottom of Goals Tab and then select the applicable Workout Activity, enter the Start and End Dates, Label, Target Miles and Target Minutes. Once Target Miles and Target Minutes have been entered the app automatically calculates the Target Pace and Target Calories.
As the PTG is being pursued over time, users are able to view their progress by tapping the applicable PTG presented on the PTG List from the Goals Tab. PTGs are a great way to keep users engaged and motivated.
SETUP
a) To stay on track during workout activities, select optional Realtime Audio Feedback including Distance, Pace, Speed, Time, Average Slope, Elevation, Maximum Elevation, Minimum Elevation and Heading.
b) Select Frequency of Audio Feedback per minute(s) or per mile(s).
c) Optional Audio Feedback works seamlessly while listening to your music apps.
d) Enter your weight to calculate and track Calories Burned during Workout Activities.
STOPWATCH
Includes RealTime Audio Feedback to help keep you on track while Training. You can continue listening to your music while enjoying the benefits of Audio Feedback as you train!
VOICE CONTROL
RoadWirk Metrics™ includes support for Voice Control Commands which is especially helpful while Cycling or Skiing!
While using the app with Voice Control enabled during Skiing or Cycling it's best practice to disable iPhone Auto-Lock. This ensures that the app stays responsive and enables user to control the app hands free using Voice Control Commands. To enable Voice Control instruct Siri by saying "Enable Voice Control". To disable iPhone Auto-Lock go to Settings... Display & Brightness... Auto-Lock... then select "Never". To enable Auto-Lock select delay (i.e.: 2 minutes, etc.). To disable Voice Control when finished using Voice Control Commands, instruct Siri by saying "Disable Voice Control".
Stopwatch Voice Control Commands include:
a) "Tap Stopwatch"
b) "Tap Start"
c) "Tap Pause"
d) "Tap Resume"
e) "Tap Reset"
f) "Tap Save"
i) "Tap" ... Walk, Run, Cycle, Ski or Skate
ii) "Tap Save"
iii) "Tap Cancel"
TRAINING RESULTS
Drill down into your Training Results with a focus on:
a) Workout Activity Specific Results.
b) Summary of Training helps you to gauge your level of cross training.
c) Quarterly and Monthly Quantitative Training Trends.
Quantifying Training Results helps us to understand what's working and what's not and can help to motivate us to achieve our personal fitness goals!

In addition, never play earphones so loud as to prevent you from hearing oncoming hazards and always avoid walking, running, cycling, skiing and/or skating near traffic.

Great app to use to track your progress for all types of activities and levels of athletes. As a routine runner and new to long distance walking this app meets my needs and helps shine a light on quick recaps of my workouts.
