This app is a scam I funded my wallet with 10000 i contacted the customer care every time they don’t respond and they’ll always end the chat without a reply I need my money back

I did a data of 1gb and my money was deducted…I can’t find the transaction in the transaction history and data isn’t delivered…this has happened before and after a complaint y’all will return the money to my wallet but now I complained thrice or more than that and what y’all talk about is that didn’t happen..atleast even if it was did to a wrong number then where is it in my transaction history only that was missing that bad though it’s a small amount but it can’t just keep happen bc of a stranded moment that can happen anytime
