You also have to wager any money you put in 3 times.
So you could deposit £10, win £50 and not be allowed your money until you bet more (and potentially lose it)
The verification process is also very annoying. I verified my account with my id and started the withdrawal process. About 2 days later they cancelled my withdrawal and then started asking for more documents. I dont know why this wasnt part of the original verification process as all it did was delay me getting my money. The withdrawal was successful in the end but with all the hurdles i had to jump through and a long wait time its not worth it.

Scam do not deposit
It’s not mfortune they are using this name that went out of business last year. Do not deposit, unless you win £100 you are not able to withdraw. I deposited £10 and won £35 (would have been more but it converts it from euros?!) then you go to withdraw and you are not allowed. The customer service adviser even ‘advised’ me to add more money and play ‘plinko’ where I could wager it and then withdraw. Safe to say I lost my money and deleted app.

Upon clicking the app, it takes you to a seperate site. N1newin.com - all well and good, but doesn’t let you withdraw until you reach £100 - and you have to play your deposit. Say you deposited £50, won £100 on first go, you’d have to play remainder of deposit. Ridiculous - also just very odd it directs you to completely different site, potential phishing?
