First and foremost, I’d like to say I’m excited for the app and its potential for success!
For one, we can’t create an account from the actual app. You have to go to the website to create one for mobile… which is okay but at least put that on the app itself especially for new users.
Secondly, you basically HAVE to have Plus, Premium, or Premium Plus to even login on the app, even as a new user/account. Which tells you, YOU HAVE NO CHOICE but to purchase one or the other which in my opinion is unfair. I just wanted to check out the app first to see which one is more fit for my liking and taste. It’s fine but again still unfair! I’m patient enough to wait for these updates that will more than likely be updated in the future. I’ll have no choice but to purchase one since i still want to play.
I was so excited when they announced that the mobile app was coming out and I was eager to start creating but unfortunately when I got on the app it only requires a login I’m just disappointed because I was waiting so long to start creating but I guess I got excited for nothing I hope that it lets new users to create a account cuz it seems so unfair I’m not mad I’m just disappointed cuz this issue could’ve been solved but I guess not 😔

We appreciate your feedback and are working hard to enhance the app's functionality. Please check back for updates!So I got this thinking that it would be better/ comparable to IMVU but this thing is janky and basically unusable. Got the premium version since you have to in order to even use the app, when I signed up and bought premium it said that apon purchase of premium version you would receive your own home, but don’t have a house either like I was told that I would receive on doing so. Can’t interact with anything,nothing loads in fully just a complete letdown all around
Hopped in to give this a look. I’m very excited that we’re finally getting a real mobile app; however, something is going to need to be done to ensure the phone doesn’t fry itself while running the app. Within 5 minutes of launching, my iPhone 13 was hot to the touch. Please, please address this! 🙏

Your input helps us make the app better.I have tried to log into my account on my Apple products and I cannot get in here. I have a premium account. I’m not understanding why I can’t get into my account on my devices please fix this. I’m having trouble on the desktop as well. I do not know what’s going on with your app. Its very frustrating I should be able to automatically upload this and the computer is having issues with this app it’s is too much trouble and I’m not understanding why especially when I’m paying for this!

Thank you for your feedback on the Second Life Mobile app. We can’t wait to add even more features to bring much of what you experience on the desktop version to mobile - and maybe even more! We appreciate your patience as we continue to refine the app and add more features. When group chats start… there’s no way to close them!! All my other issues have been addressed by other reviews! So I will state this one because I didn’t see a review about it and it is rather annoying! It even does this on the pc! I have most groups set to not pop up when chats start. But they always pop up anyways even tho I opted out! I want to be in groups, but the constant notifications for group chats I have zero to do with is enough to make me want to leave notifications for new chats OFF!! So then I have to manually check if it’s a friend or a group just spamming away! I tried to hit the x in the top right corner and it just closes chats, not the group chat!

It is still in Beta but it is an amazing tool.
They are saying I need a premium membership I don’t see where can I buy or pay for it because it mostly I wait for two years for this be mobile application, because I got tired of other avi - market apps because it didn’t let you do much in which I got account I just can’t log into it which horrible
