You need to keep the app open at all times

I suppose it works fairly well. The synthetic voice used is of outdated quality. Think of your android phone from the early 2000s. One annoying thing is you must keep the app open and your screen on your phone turned on at all times while using the device. If I’m going to do that, I might as well use one of the other apps that are from services like Google, ChatGPT, and others - where the audio quality is superior, I have a history of messages, can replay, more control, automatic language detection, etc.

Waste of Money

I bought this device and attempted to pair it with my iPhone 13 Pro Max. While the device connected, the app failed to acknowledge the pairing. I reached out to customer support, but they were unhelpful and provided no solutions. I wouldn't recommend purchasing this item!

No point to this device

Bought a pair of Instant Translators as needed ability to translate when away from mobile signal and Wifi. These need Wifi or mobile signal and have to be paired with phone to work. Waste of money as I can use a free App for the same job, without needing an additional device - can’t see the point if they don’t work as stand-alone devices. Mis-sold to me.

Thanks for your feedback, Tina! To change how fast the translation is spoken, find the speech rate setting on your phone. You can slide it to the left for slower speech or to the right for faster speech. We are constantly updating our app, try out the new version here: bit.ly/enence-new-app-ios

Translation Works, Fix the Beep Please

Translation works well but please allow us to control the volume of the “beep” when pressing and releasing the microphone and me button.
