I have paid for app but it is rubbish. Nothing opens without asking for me to sign up after I have already paid.Poor content from what I can see.

This is all reading no video

Is being advertised on Facebook reels in the way it was sold you would think it would be like reels or Snapchat hence snap for learning but it’s not. It’s all text based reading.

Cost!!!

What is up with these apps that have you enter multiple times your interests just to get to a point where they tell you you have to pay for it. Paying for an app is fine but tell people that at the beginning so that you’re not wasting their time.

Great App Even Greater Founder

I recently purchased this incredible micro-learning app. Whereas the app is offers a great way to consume the knowledge, it was not without the typical user glitch. I emailed App Support late one evening to inform them of the glitch, and to my surprise, I received a quality response, from the Found, the following morning. Moving forward, two email exchanges later, my issue was resolved in an extremely consumer friendly manner.

Nice work with this app, but more importantly, awesome management and support!

I’ll be honest, I saw the ads on Facebook and thought it was more audio/video learning. It’s not… I would describe it as condensed text book reads. With quizzes. If high school was your jam… you found it on your phone. But if your looking for a summarized video, Mindsnap isn’t it. I feel duped.

Hi, thank you for the feedback! Just to clarify, we don’t run any ads on Facebook or Instagram. There might’ve been a mixup since we don’t promote audio or video features in our marketing materials. That said, we completely understand your preference for more visual and audio-based learning. The good news is that audio features are already in development, and we’re excited to roll them out in the future!
