MyFallon is the secure member portal for Fallon Health members. By logging on to the portal, members have access to tools to manage their plan. With MyFallon, members can: - Change or select a primary care provider (PCP). - View and order member ID cards. Or, print temporary ID cards. - Check authorization status. - View deductibles. - Read benefit documents, claims statements, and letters. - Contact Customer Service using a secure online form.
