Hi Saabboy - I'm really sorry for this experience; it's not who we are. We were not able to get back to you over the weekend and our engineering team just resolved your issue on Monday (yesterday, today is Tuesday). We are also contractually not allowed to have you pay us directly by Apples Rules! You must pay through Apple Subscriptions if that is how you originally paid for Keenly - it's a huge issue that many have sued Apple for, we totally hear your pain!
