Why don't the managers ever get satisfied with there sqauds anymore like why do they always want need players even when the sqauds has alot of players different managers should require different squad quantity.

Glad you're enjoying the game! In answer to your question, in the new version of the game managers aren't expecting you to immediately sign every player they recommend. There's a new "Transfer Shortlist" and your manager will be aiming to have at least one player from each position on his shortlist. So even if your squad is full and you don't really need any more signings, your manager will still be looking ahead in case a transfer opportunity arises. That's what the shortlist is for. Hope that explains it for you!
