I feel so cheated!!!!!!
what the heck. you guys marked two bets as losses that should have been wins! I feel very cheated. you guys haven’t even verified me yet to withdrawal money yet but when I check my account it says I’m verified. And no one is responding to the ticket about the verificixation! I even sent over my ID. And the bets in question, 1, i picked Germany +3.5 and Germany won the game and 2 I picked Spain +3.5 and Spain won the game. this is crazy, I get no response from either of my tickets. Saw this app on TikTok and decided to try it out bc of bonuses, and I think the app has a good start right now. It’s another “social” sports picks app so you can do ML and stuff, except some lines aren’t available as of writing this review. For example, I couldn’t choose pitching outs lines like the other apps let me just because they simply don’t offer it.
I will say though, one of my picks settled incorrectly as a loss when it should have been a win based off the official stats, and thrillz support responded quickly AND remedied my issue quickly. Additionally, the withdrawal process was very quick to my bank account, it took about a day for it to be added.

Great customer service
Recently contacted customer service due to a wager that I thought I won. Customer service got back to me and explained the situation and why it was marked as a loss. It was an error on my part due to Asian lines, which I didn’t understand. Not only did they explain it to me, but they credited my account $20 and refunded me my money. Did not pay out
I download this app today put $10 in my own money and placed a bet on Paraguay -1/2. At the half. They had the score listed as 1-0 and they counted all my bets as a loss. They bailed customer service and have not heard back from them. They took all my winnings so I would recommend going to a different site.Show lessFliff is better
Beware of this book. They settle wagers incorrectly, odds change (for the worse)right after you make the wager , both of these situations have happened to me and have yet to be resolved. They had an issue with their redemption and accidentally put a extra money in my bank account. I was honest and told them about it, they said due to their error they would basically let me keep the funds, then a couple days later change their minds and do a reverse payment on my bank account and prevent me from redeeming my funds basically forcing me to approve for them to take the funds that they accidentally gave me (which they said I could keep). Decent app…..if they’d fix it
The layout and offerings of this app are pretty solid on the few chances you get to login…. The app is forever crashing, and having login errors left and right preventing you from getting into the app. It’s also difficult to withdraw your money as they will give you the run around on why the system is having issues.
If they could fix all of their issues, could be a good app. For the time being, stick to other social sportsbooks.Show lessTebowSwaglords

Fliff was doing this before and im telling you right now Thrillzz is wayyyyy better. First day trying it out it i submitted a live bet and it went instantly. On Fliff, odds are always changing and it feels like you can never get a bet to go through on live but i did it seamless. Its a new app so sometimes load times are crazy so i exit out an come back with no issues. They give great odds on the sportsbook compared to fliff. I did three bets yesterday and turned 5$ into 50$. When i went to go deposit it didnt go through at first because they didnt take mastercard. But once i put a bank account it worked. And when it says instant bank transfer they MEAN IT i got it literally right after i was so excited an im going to keep using this app over fliff. Thanks!Show lessLedonteguru
