eFawateerkom does not work most of the time
Most of the time eFawateerkom page in the app does not work, I keep receiving errors and asked to try again later.
Moreover, the Rajiv bank is not listed among the banks in the eFawateerkom app to us it as plan B when the bank app is not working.
Very disappointing.

Bad Application
The worst application that I have ever used, I am not able to do any transfers. Always there is an error.

انا عميل عندهم من إطلاق التطبيق الجديد وانا مش قادر ادخل على حسابي البنكي ولا اتحكم فيه و تواصل معي عدد من الموظفين لحل مشكلة (تغير رقم الهاتف) ولكن كل وعودهم تم الاخلاف بها، و صرت ابعت ايميلات وما يتم الرد عليه بالرغم من قيامي بتحديث بياناتي بشكل دائم ولكن الخدمة سيئة جدا منذ اكثر من شهرين ولازلت لا استطيع الوصول لحسابي.

eFawateercom page has many bugs
The eFawateercom page on the App has many bugs, the “all bills” page only lists the bills with an option to pay or delete the bill, no view option.
To view you will need to go to the “unpaid bills” page, and this has many issues, in many cases the it appears empty you have to keep trying sometimes for hours or days to see the unpaid bills.
In general, this feature is very poor and needs fixing ASAP.
